He has worked diligently to engage diverse and disadvantaged communities in the areas of Mobility and clean/sustainable energy platforms as well as highlighting the financial & public health benefits of driving next-generation zero emission vehicles. He has led collaborations with non profits, government agencies, public health groups, regional & national organizations as well as manufacturers to expand the EV market share.

Terry Travis is the Co-Founder of the national, award winning organization, EVHybridNoire, the nation’s first and largest multi-cultural network of diverse electric vehicle drivers and enthusiasts serving as the voice of this community. He is a subject matter expert in the area of Electric, Shared, Autonomous and Connected Vehicles. EVHybridNoire focuses on Electrifying, Educating & Engaging Diverse Communities Through Mobility, providing education and affordable access for all to next generation vehicles. EVHybridNoire’s membership reaches beyond the geographical boundaries of the US, and is comprised of diverse EV enthusiasts and those interested in EVs in Canada, the Carribbean, Europe, and Africa. EVHybridNoire provides a vehicle for connection, education, engagement and a sense of community for diverse members interested in all things related to Electric, Connected, Shared and Autonomous Vehicles. He most recently served as a lead organizer of the largest Electric Vehicle event in the country.
