Such an event would not be possible without the generous support of sponsors that share our interest in a biennial review of the most pressing transportation energy issues. Sponsors make it possible to attract more compelling speakers, support participation from government and NGOs (by keeping registration, housing and food costs low), provide better support to conference organizers and managers, and disseminate information and findings. 

Conference Level Sponsorships

Cypress - $35,000

Cypress sponsors will be recognized at the highest level on our 2025 conference website; on all promotional materials; in welcoming materials to the attendees; on PowerPoint slides used during the conference and posted online for worldwide access; and on all post-conference materials disseminating the content of the conference. Additionally, Cypress sponsors will have an opportunity to have a mutually agreed upon organization representative on a speaking panel at the conference, and access to invite-only deep-dive sessions.  Includes conference admission for six people.

Otter - $20,000

Otter sponsors will be recognized on our 2025 conference website; on all promotional materials; in welcoming materials to the attendees; on PowerPoint slides used during the conference and posted online for worldwide access; and on all post-conference materials disseminating the content of the conference. Includes conference admission for three people.

Event Level Sponsorships

Event Sponsors will be recognized in welcoming materials to the attendees; on PowerPoint slides used during the conference and signage and displays at the sponsored event. Each event sponsorship includes conference admission for 2 people.

Ride and Drives – $15,000

OEMs showcase their newest model EVs and FCVs and provide test drives to conference attendees on one designated Ride-and-Drive day. One ZEV model per sponsorship. 

Monterey Bay Aquarium Gala Reception – $15,000 

A cornerstone of the Asilomar experience, this is a special evening event surrounded by the spectacular displays of ocean life at the world renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Welcome Reception and Dinner – $10,000

The Asilomar Conference kickoff event.  Sponsorship includes the Welcome Reception, Welcome Dinner, and Post-Dinner Reception.

BBQ Dinner – $10,000

Central Coast Cookout includes full outdoor BBQ dinner with all the fixings and Beach Bonfire S’Mores Experience to cap off the evening.

EV Charging Station – $10,000

EV charging station at the conference available for use by all attendees.
