After being graduated (double master degree on environmental sciences and policies at Sciences Po Paris and Sorbonne University), Thomas started his career as a civil servant working for the Paris Region and then the French environmental ministry. He quitted in 2015 to create Ecov, with one ambition: transform private cars into mass transit.
