Registration Information

Registration includes:

Attendance to the 6 plenary sessions and closing panel during the 2-day program, welcome reception, 3 networking receptions, 4 coffee breaks, 3 upgraded premium dinner options, and a conference swag item. Transportation to and from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Lodging is not included in the registration fee.

Registration Fees:

Early bird registration ended on May 5, 2023. Registration fees currently are:

  • $550 for participants from government, academia or NGOs
  • $750 for participants from industry

Lodging Onsite at Asilomar (hotel room block will close on Friday, June 30):

  • Single Occupancy room- $334.96 per night (per person)
  • Double Occupancy room- $231.77 per night (per person)

*For Double Occupancy lodging, you must request each other as roommates in order to be assigned to the same room. If you request someone to be your roommate, and they do not request you, your reservation will be put on hold. All requested roommates must be registered for the same lodging nights and must register within 5 business days of each other.

Lodging Offsite:

  • $160 per day for meals onsite in addition to the registration fee.

Meals:

Meals are bundled in the room cost, for individuals lodging onsite at Asilomar. As mentioned above, all dinners and BBQ's are upgraded premium meals and are covered with the registration fee. Meals begin with dinner on arrival day and end with lunch on departure day. Please be sure to note any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your registration. 


Cancellation and Payment Policy 

Policy (Cancellation deadline is June 10th, see below):

$100 per person will be deducted from all refunds to cover the cost of processing and handling cancellations received by June 10, 2023. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations for lodging received on or after June 11, 2023.

For registration fee cancellations, no refunds will be made after June 30, 2023.
